Story...
SassyBoobs.com is dedicated to
supporting all those who have been effected by breast cancer.
Our goal is to fight breast cancer each day by spreading
awareness and contributing to breast cancer research, education, and
prevention programs.
Losing my grandmother to breast cancer
was the most devasting event in my life.
I felt as if all hope was lost, and I changed into
a very negative and pessimistic person. I didn't want to hear anything
about cancer, new treatments or possible cures. In fact, the thought of
a cure upset me because in my mind it was too late.
But
it's never too late....
One night while I while I couldn't sleep I got an
idea. Instead of being negative about losing my grandmother I'd invest
that energy into doing something in honor of her. I took the anger off
of the situation and put it onto the disease- I am on a mission to kill
cancer.
When I started collecting stories of others who'd
be effected by this disease I began to realize that my vision could not
only help me be more constructive, but also it could help others who
are going through the same thing.
Why
so Sassy?
I
was just being silly when I blurted out SassyBoobs.com but when I found
out that people liked the name, that's what I stuck with.
